Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk Faucet hose went out after year, product is junk. Something this expensive shouldn’t have an issue after a year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from loved the look - but the hose leaked! bought this 3 1/2 years ago and already the hose leaks a few centimeters above the nozzle. how disappointing....and it is so difficult to reach product support! Not happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I bought this to replace a non-Moen faucet because we needed a one-handle style. We are very pleased with its style and functionality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm In Love I just love this faucet and wish I'd had it years ago. But then maybe it wasn't designed years ago. Thank you for sending it on to me in short order. My plumber had no trouble installing it and he also told me what a good choice I'd made.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Right-handed, hard to use, like most in style today. Our builder installed this faucet -- we had few choices available. I much prefer a faucet with top center handle. All my adult life it the convention for single-handle faucets has been up for on, down for off, left for hot and right for cold. As a leftie, I am constantly getting water on my arm when I don't remember to turn it on with my right hand. (This would not happen if handle was above the faucet outflow, instead of below.) After nearly 3 months, I still find myself mixing up on/off with hot/cold. Very frustrating! Poor ergonomic design.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks great, but functional issues I have had this faucet in my kitchen for 6 years. The good news: I love the motion sense feature and the faucet looks great. The bad news: It has some functional issues. The hose that pulls out is a pretty cheap hose. I have now had to replace the hose two times because of leaks at the connection to the sprayer. Moen has given me replacement hoses since i am still under warranty, but it is not the easist thing to replace since it involves crawling under the sink. In this day of metal reinforced hoses, you think they could find a better design. Today, i had to tighten the handle because it was about to fall off. A relatively minor thing to repair, but i have other faucets of similar design and have never had this problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Moem faucet I just purchased this kitchen faucet and it replaced our old Delta one. It was very easy to install and it looks and works great!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor function We paid extra to upgrade to this faucet when we had our new home built. I wonder if they ever even tested this faucet! The "power boost" function means that there are now THREE water reduction devices inside this faucet, and because of that, when you turn the faucet off, it drips, and drips, and drips.... The "power boost" button is completely unnecessary. If you want less water pressure, reduce the flow via the handle, if you want more pressure, use the handle! I am going to replace this faucet as soon as I can with one that does not drip after I turn it off. Very disappointed.

Do I have to keep the button pressed for stray mode? If I let go of the button it turns to stream mode. Same with the power boost, I have to keep the power boost button pressed, otherwise it will turn back to normal mode. Is my 7594SRS faucet defective?

Asked by: Dxwg150
Hello and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen Arbor kitchen faucet, model #7594C, the button should stay in stream mode after letting go. It should only revert to stream after shutting it off. As for the Power Boost, the button must stay pressed to keep that mode on. Hello, How do you tighten the handle on the faucet & what tool would I use? The handle is kinda wobbly & when I put my allen wrench in to the hole I wasn’t able to turn anything. I believe I used the 3/38 Allen wrench

I dont know how to get the areator cleared hardly any water pressure think it may have something in the line?

Asked by: unice
Hello unice and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen Arbor Chrome one-handle high arc pulldown kitchen faucet aerator is not designed to be removed from the spray wand face. If you are experiencing low water flow, you could pull out the flexible hose then unthread the spray wand from the pullout hose and clean the screen filter seated at the hose connection. The spray wand of mine's is plastic, though the description states that the faucet is metal. Is this the way it should be?

our handle is loose a bit. kind of clanks a bit when you close it and there is a bit of play in it. I tightened the allen screw on the handle but no luck there.

My installer installed the faucet with out any issues but I believed he hooked the hot and cold water lines backwards. Should hot water be dispensed when the single lever faucet is pulled forward or pushed backwards?

Asked by: Syd K
Hello Syd K and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen Arbor 7594C One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet dispenses hot water when the handle is pointed to the “up” position, and tilts out to control the flow. As you bring the handle downwards, the water will become cooler until it reaches full cold. If you have additional questions, please feel free to call our Helpline. Our current business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Eastern Time).
