Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean design I like the high faucet, the low and high flow, and the sprayer in the faucet. It is a sleek design and so easy to keep clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet I bought this about a month ago because my old smaller neck faucet started leaking. I wasn't sure the long neck was worth the extra money, but my plumber said it was. I am glad i listened. It is now much easier to wash big pots!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wand on Arbor Nothing worse than a company trying to squeeze every last dollar from hard-working people. With a retail value of $500, you would think that would suffice but when companies are bought and sold it becomes all about the almighty stock and profits! I will say, this is a stunning faucet that works quite well. However, when the aerator breaks in less than a year or like other reviewers on here you just want a little more pressure to move the food in your 30+ inch farmhouse sink, Moen forces you to shell out $64 for a proprietary replacement wand. Then you get an education about isp versus npt plumbing threads and trying to figure out if you can replace a simple aerator built into the wand. Or maybe after shelling out big dollars for this beautiful hardware, you prefer to spend less than $64 for an after-market replacement that will do a little more gpm. Everyone please save yourself some money and look for faucets that offer after-market replacement parts. Thanks MOEN

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Three different issues Horrible. Multiple issues have lead to cabinet, sink, and countertop damage. The hose has been replaced. A washer inside the handle had to be replaced. Now the plastic inside the pull down spout is broken and we’re unable to regulate pressure. Wouldn’t recommend this faucet or manufacturer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful design I just installed the new kitchen faucet and it's beautiful. I love the functionality of the sprayer and stream water. It cleans the sink in a flash

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does aerator need cleaning? How? We have had our faucet for a year and we love it. It still seems to be working well, but the aerator looks very encrusted. Should this be cleaned regularly and how do we do that?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design The handle loosen without screw to tighten. Now the handle pops off.

I had this installed about a year ago with a total kitchen renovation. Last week it feels as if the handle is coming loose. It will rattle a little when you touch it?

I just had this installed. The spray head power boost button stays in when pressed in. To get it out of power boost you have to pull it on both sides of the button. Is this normal?

Asked by: Tanya58
Hello Tanya58 and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen Arbor Chrome One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet with PowerBoost has one button to activate boosted stream and to deactivate the boosted stream you would turn the handle off and back on, or you can select the toggle for regular spray mode. Please contact us directly for warranty assistance to replace your current wand kit.

I have an Arbor 7594 faucet.  Any suggestions on how to clean the rubber/plastic piece at the end of the spray wand (where the water comes out).

Asked by: tux96704
Hello Tux96704. The Moen Arbor chrome pull down kitchen faucet sprayer can best be cleaned by first wiping down the spray face and pressing gently on the nubbins. You can also soak the pull down sprayer in a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water to help loosen internal deposits and with a soft toothbrush wipe off any external deposits on the sprayer face. If you have additional questions, please feel free to call us at 800-289-6636. We are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm Eastern Time.

Do I have to keep the button pressed for stray mode? If I let go of the button it turns to stream mode. Same with the power boost, I have to keep the power boost button pressed, otherwise it will turn back to normal mode. Is my 7594SRS faucet defective?

Asked by: Dxwg150
Hello and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen Arbor kitchen faucet, model #7594C, the button should stay in stream mode after letting go. It should only revert to stream after shutting it off. As for the Power Boost, the button must stay pressed to keep that mode on. If you should have additional questions or need warranty assistance, please feel free to call us at 800-289-6636. Our current business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).

Hello, How do you tighten the handle on the faucet & what tool would I use? The handle is kinda wobbly & when I put my allen wrench in to the hole I wasn’t able to turn anything. I believe I used the 3/38 Allen wrench

I dont know how to get the areator cleared hardly any water pressure think it may have something in the line?

Asked by: unice
Hello unice and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen Arbor Chrome one-handle high arc pulldown kitchen faucet aerator is not designed to be removed from the spray wand face. If you are experiencing low water flow, you could pull out the flexible hose then unthread the spray wand from the pullout hose and clean the screen filter seated at the hose connection.
