Moen offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty for many of our faucets and showerheads. This warranty covers leaks, drips and finish defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the home where the product is installed.

Registering your product will help us provide you with faster, more personalized customer and warranty support, and you’ll also unlock access to Moen Plus — a whole world of free benefits just for Moen owners.

Moen’s Lifetime Limited Warranty is not transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser of the product and only while they own the home where the product was installed.

To file a claim, gather your proof of purchase and product details, then contact Moen’s Customer Support team. You can call 1-800-BUY-MOEN (1-800-289-6636) or start a request online through the Contact Us page. In many cases, Moen may send replacement parts free of charge if your product is under warranty.
