To return a Moen product that was purchased at a showroom, wholesale location or retail location, please return the Moen product to the point of purchase. These returns are subject to the return policies of your point of purchase.

Returning a product purchased from Moen.com:

If you purchased your item on moen.com, you can return your product free for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To begin the Returns process, please visit our Moen.com Sign In page and click on FIND YOUR ORDER under Start My Return. Or, simply click here:

Please be prepared to input your email address, zip code and Order Confirmation Number, or your Order Number from your Order Confirmation Email you received. Then click SUBMIT. This action will provide you with your order and you can then click REQUEST A RETURN at the bottom of this screen.

Returning a product purchased from Moen Plus:

If you purchased from the Moen Plus website, you can return your product free for a full refund within 100 days of purchase. To begin the Returns process, please visit our Moen Plus Sign In page and click on FIND YOUR ORDER under Start My Return. Or, simply click here:

Please be prepared to input your email address, zip code and Order Confirmation Number, or your Order Number from your Order Confirmation Email you received. Then click SUBMIT. This action will provide you with your order and you can then click REQUEST A RETURN at the bottom of this screen.

Merchandise must be in a saleable, unused condition and in its original packaging - including packing slip. If item is incorrect or defective, any costs incurred for shipment to consumer will be refunded.
