Burst Protect
When it’s cold outside and the water in your pipes dips toward freezing temperatures, your Smart Faucet and Flo Shutoff device can automatically protect your home from a burst pipe. If your Smart Faucet detects abnormal temperatures, it will activate the Burst Protect feature and the automatic water shut off valve. Once your water is turned off, your Smart Faucet will turn on to help relieve the pressure in your pipes, so they don’t freeze and rupture.
Freeze Protect
When your Smart Faucet detects low temperatures in the cabinet below your kitchen sink, it can activate Freeze Protection, which will slowly run water through your faucet. Health Protect
If you’re going to be away from home for a while, you can activate the Health Protect feature before you leave to automatically flush the stagnant water from your Smart Faucet while you’re gone. When this feature is on and there hasn’t been any water activity at your home in the last seven days, your Smart Faucet will flush hot water for 1-2 minutes, followed by cold water.
