At this time, we are unable to initiate a return for you. There are typically two reasons.

1)  If you have not received your shipping confirmation email yet, you will not yet be able to initiate a return. 

2) If you have already received your shipping confirmation email, and your credit card has been charged, it may mean that there are no products in your order that qualify for a return per our return policy.
