Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hose disintegrated, leaked, damaged cabinet, floor 3 years old. Inferior product. The weight on the hose caused a kink which caused a tear which caused a leak. Water, water everywhere. Way to be cheap, Moen. So sorry I bought this. Even sorrier for my poor hubby who has to fix it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed in this product This is the second 'touchless' Moen faucet we have owned. We bought this based on a positive experience with the first one * a different model). This new one is terrible. The 'wavesense' sensor has to be virtually covered up or touched to get the water to flow. The location of the sensor (on the side) makes activation even more difficult when your hands are full or dirty. Even more problematic is the faucet cycles on and off by itself when the dishwasher is run! It has to have the power pack unplugged to stop it and then you can't even turn the water on manually until the battery pack is plugged in again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing faucet This is the best purchase we made for our kitchen. Very very convenient. The customer service in the company is outstanding. We bought our faucet in 2014 and it is working great. Thank you Moen for making such a great faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Touchless is really useful Purchased this faucet after lots of research. I was attracted to the touchless feature. My wife was skeptical & felt no need for it. Now she agrees that the Arbor touchless feature is awsome. I installed this unit myself. Except for a few plumbing adjustments under the sink (Pex connections had to be replaced) it was relatively easy to install.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This new version of the Arbor is perfect for us! We have had this faucet for a month now and really love it. We had it professionally installed which enabled us to fine tune the faucet hose length and grip to our deep sink. I worried that the two sensor version would trigger inadvertent water turn ons from the front sensor so I was thrilled to see this new version with only one sensor on the side. When I am cooking or have really dirty hands the sensor is wonderful & responsive. You can also choose to use the handle instead, depending on what you are doing. Because the faucet won't work without a power source (the only negative) we chose to install the optional AC adapter kit so we do't have to worry about frequent battery replacement. We still have the battery option for backup should we experience a power outage. I also love the spray hose and so far it has gone easily back into place. We chose the Spotless Stainless version and it is beautiful. So far it has only needed a quick wipe as dirty hands never touch it! I highly recommend this faucet, it has added beauty and enjoyment to my time in the kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Practical for cooks We just installed this, but it's got great features for cooks, eliminating possible contamination when working with raw meat. Well engineered!

How long do the batteries last for the motion sensor?  How difficult is it to replace batteries?  And, does handle still work if batteries run down?

Asked by: Ruth43
Hello Ruth43 and thank you for your interest in Moen products. With normal use, the batteries used in the Moen Arbor Chrome One-Handle High Arc MotionSense Wave Pulldown Kitchen Faucet should last 6 months. The batteries are in a battery holder that can be removed in order to change the batteries. The Moen MotionSense Wave faucet does require batteries or an AC adapter (sold separately) for the faucet to operate with the sensor and manual handle. If you have additional questions, please feel free to call us at 800-289-6636.

Looking for part number? Silicone solenoid valves seal. Mine is ripped after many years of use. How much for this little tiny piece of plastic and silicone with rubber seals. Or do you have to buy the $177 whole valve assembly.

What's the difference between the Arbor 7594 EWSRS and the Arbor 7594 ESRS?

Asked by: Bethy
Hello Bethy and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen Arbor One-Handle High-Arc MotionSense Wave Pulldown Kitchen Faucet has a single sensor at the bottom of the faucet on the left hand side. It will activate when you wave your hand over the sensor, or you can also operate it with the manual handle. The Moen Arbor One-Handle MotionSense Pulldown Kitchen Faucet has two sensors; the Ready sensor on the base of the faucet turns on when you are in front of the faucet, and only turns off when you remove your hands from the front range. The Wave sensor is located on the top of the spout, and turns on when you move your hand over the sensor. It will run for two minutes before turning itself off, unless you move your hand over it again. On both faucets, the temperature for the sensor(s) is controlled by the side handle; for example, if you turn on the sensor(s) and the handle is in the "cold" position, the water will run cold.
