  • What size toilet seat does the EB1000 eBidet fit?
    • The add-on eBidet fits most elongated toilet seats. Distance between 2 mounting holes must be between 4-1/2” and 7”
    • Distance from the water supply valve to the eBidet inlet should be 23-9/16” or less
  • What are other important installation requirements should I check before I choose to purchase?
    • The distance between the mounting holes and the edge of the toilet bowl must be between 18”-19-3/4”
    • This product requires a standard grounded power outlet within 47” of eBidet (120V AC on a minimum 10A circuit)
    • This product requires minimum dynamic water pressure of 11psi and a maximum static water pressure of 116 psi.

  • What is the difference between EB1000 and EB2000?
    • EB1000 includes side control panel while EB2000 has side & remote-control options, bidet air dryer and bidet nozzle UV sterilization.
  • What kind of eBidet controls does this device have?
    • The EB1000 has two controls directly located on the side panel of the eBidet. One control is an adjustable dial and the other is the multi-function control. The adjustable dial enables you to quickly start and stop the eBidet by pressing it directly in the center and then by turning the dial you can move from the front wash function to the rear wash function. The multi-function control has four different functions on it and are activated when you press directly on the icons. The functions are bidet nozzle adjustment, water temperature adjustment (low, medium, high & off), seat temperature (low, medium, high & off) and night light button. All of these controls will only operate if you are seated on the bidet.

  • What kind of eBidet controls does this device have?
    • The EB2000 has two controls directly on the eBidet seat and then a remote control that has several different controls on it. The two controls on the seat control on/off for bidet functionality and also an option to start an automatic clean cycle. The remote control has various controls on it such as hot/cold massage, feminine wash, posterior wash, automatic clean, dryer on/off, nozzle position and the ability to adjust water pressure. The remote also allows the user to turn on/off a night light, activate nozzle clean, adjust water temperature, adjust dryer temperature and adjust seat temperature. All these controls will only operate if user is seated on the bidet.
  • How do you pair the remote control to the EB2000:
    • When the product leaves the factory, the remote control and the product are connected. If for some reason the remote control and the product are not connected, the user must reconnect the remote to the eBidet following these steps:
  1. Unplug the product
  2. Press and hold the “Stop” button on the remote until the Dryer Temp./Water Temp./Seat Temp. lights start to blink
  3. Place the remote control near the eBidet and plug it back in.
  4. The lights of Dryer Temp./Water Temp./Seat Temp. will stop blinking and stay solid to indicate successful pairing. (if remote still does not work, restart the pairing process or check the batteries (remote takes two AAA batteries))

SHIPPING FAQs:

  • Both Moen eToilets ship Fedex freight direct to ground-level entry way and can be scheduled by appointment if desired. Customer will receive proactive communications for delivery scheduling and delivery updates during all the stages of delivery.

  • Does this require any special rough-in requirements?
    • Moen eToilets follow standard toilet rough-in recommendations and require 12” distance from drain hole to wall.
  • What are other important installation requirements should I check before I choose to purchase?

The ET2200 also has an added convenient foot touch button that allows for hands-free operation of the seat & lid opening and closing as well as foot-touch flushing for a complete hands-free cleansing experience.
  • What kind of controls does this eToilet have?
    • The Moen eToilets have side panel controls as well as a sophisticated remote control with many function options on it.
