How will I be notified of an alert?

The Monitor utilizes the following to alert you of issues or problems within your sump pump area:

  1. LED and audible siren for critical alerts
  2. Smartphone via the Moen Plus app. The app has configurable alerts with these options:
    • Push notification on phone
    • Email
    • Text message
    • Phone call
  3. Smart Speaker. You can ask for alerts with a properly linked Alexa assistant.
