Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff

These devices are installed on the main water line of each unit to continually track water pressure, flow rate and temperature, while monitoring for leaks and abnormalities. If a leak is detected, the device will alert property teams and automatically shut off the water to help prevent catastrophic damage.

· Available in ¾”, 1” and 1 ¼” sizes to fit various main lines

· Requires a standard power outlet

· Requires a Wi-Fi connection or the optional Flo Cellular Antenna to connect to the online dashboard
