At this time, we are unable to initiate a return for you. There are typically a few reasons.
1) If you have not received your shipping confirmation email yet, you will not yet be able to initiate a return.
2) If you have already received your shipping confirmation email, and your credit card has been charged, it may mean that there are no products in your order that qualify for a return per our return policy.
3) Your item may contain ion metal and/or lithium batteries that are not eligible for return. Please refer to Moen's terms and conditions policy for disposal instructions.
4) Select Water Filtration Systems and Softeners are currently unable to be returned online. Please contact Consumer Services at 1-800-289-6636 to complete your return.
