Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great look, easy install I just purchased and installed in minutes. It looks and feels great. My wife told me twice she loves her new faucet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost a 1-Person Installation I really wanted this in chrome, but it isn't an option. I just installed this faucet. I previously installed another Wetherly but returned it as defective because that faucet spout was very difficult to rotate. Note that overall this style seems a little stiff to rotate. No biggie. My reason for 4 stars is because this faucet was very easy to install and made of metal parts until I came to the sprayer portion. The sprayer, it's collar, and the threaded portions to tighten to the sink are all plastic. The threaded portions are stiff to turn and tighten. If the sink is already installed, tightening down the sprayer collar will be nearly impossible solo unless you have very long arms. You have to hold the collar assembly still on top of the sink while trying to tighten the plastic piece under the sink. After 30 minutes with channel locks continually falling off, I gave up. I have hooked up the sprayer and H/C water hoses and will have to have a friend over to hold the sprayer housing while I tighten it from below. Poor design with regard to this. I also wonder how durable the somewhat bulbous, plastic collar will be. These are my reasons for knocking off a star. *The water flow is ok. Probably average compared to another faucet I had in place. *No special tool required to remove the aerator!! Just unscrew the end of the spout. *I think the water lines could be longer. My shut offs aren't that low. *The cover plate is metal (unlike a couple Kohler's I saw). *FYI, Moen doesn't supply anything to support the underside of this faucet against the sink if you have a stainless steel sink (unlike a pull-down style of Moen I'd considered). I do question if a s.steel sink will see some flexing when this faucet is being used. Aside from part of the installation, I believe I will be happy with this faucet, re: how it works and looks. The tall neck is very functional, allowing me to fill a watering can or my Kleen Canteen, while not being too obtrusive. It blends nicely with the rest of the kitchen. The water temperature changes gradually by moving the handle, and you can shut off the water and keep it in same temperature range by simply pushing the handle down from its current position. I don't know that I will get 21 years from this kitchen Moen vs. the Moen I just replaced, but I will try. :)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very attractive unreliable faucet. This faucet is nice. It's tight, no slop in the handle or the spigot. Two years in and the finish has held up wonderfully. It would get a five star rating from me if it was reliable. The cartridge stops working randomly with no warning signs. Well, i guess if history repeating itself is a warning sign then i stand corrected. If you buy one of moens faucets that uses the same cartridge as this one, go to every nearby store that sells them and clear the shelves of the cartridges. You may have better luck, and i hope that you do, but in my case i have found that having a drawer next to my sink with an allen wrench and some extra cartridges is a good thing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classic and stunning We finally replaced the old faucet that came with the house and it looks so much better. We couldn’t replace the existing sink, but the faucet makes the area look so much nicer. Plus it’s functional and easy to maintain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great look and easy to control I love the elevated design and one-arm control that is easy to operate with messy hands. Surface is easy to clean and still looks like new. I use a water filter and there is still plenty of height for washing and prepping. Highly recommended.

We installed this faucet today, and the handle is off in the up position, and turns on in the down position. This seems backwards and counterintuitive, is there a way to switch it?

Asked by: Abhappy
Hello Abhappy and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen Wetherly Spot resist stainless one-handle high arc kitchen faucet should turn on when lifting the handle and push down to turn the water off. You will want to confirm that the outlet hose is direct in the center behind the hot and cold supply lines. If you have additional questions, please feel free to call the Help Line.

Hello Lee G. The Moen Wetherly spot resist stainless one-handle high arc kitchen faucet does not require an aerator tool to remove the aerator threaded onto the end of the spout. No aerator tool would have been included with this faucet.
