Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk Faucet I purchased two Oxby faucets for our bathroom remodel and had them professionally installed. I am 70 years old and spent my entire career in the engineering and mechanical contracting industry. I also held a state plumbing license for many years. That being said, I saw that these faucets were defective. They splashed water all over the counter tops as well as the floor the first time that they were used. When we contacted Jessie (the Moen customer service rep.), we were told that the problem was due to our lavatory basin and that since we could not show proof that it was a faulty faucet that we should pound sand. This is obviously a design defect that should never have gotten out of R & D. The rectangular aerator (or lack thereof) does not work. Moen offered no repair, replacement, or labor compensation to remedy the situation. Rather than pay a plumber the second time, I spent the better part of a morning under the sinks and driving 20 miles back to Lowes to return the Moen faucets as well as towel bars and other accessories and bought two Deltas which works perfectly on my "faulty sinks". I will use a hose bibb and a dish pan before I ever buy another Moen faucet. I rated the Moen one star only because they wouldn't allow me to give them a zero.
