Replacement Parts for this product may be covered by the Showerhead Warranty: Lifetime Limited Warranty

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hose way too stiff Have been using this model for about 2 years. Like the other reviewers stated, the hose is way too stiff. Little flexibility when moving around. The connector will eventually loosen itself from the shower pipe/bib because of the hose stiffness - hose acts like a wrench handle. Because of the larger shower head, this model is better fit for a larger shower area.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great-looking showerhead that breaks mysteriously Bought this showerhead 1.5 year ago and had been happily using it until 2 days ago, when the hose suddenly broke and was not able to be reattached, after many attempts. Had to rush out at night to get a replacement hose so the family could take a shower. Luckily Home Depot was still open. Not a fun exercise to go through.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Value I too had the hose fail on the unit but after 6 years of use. With the limited lifetime warranty, I was able to get a brand new unit as a replacement. Moen's commitment to quality and stands by it's products. If you have an issue with your unit, please contact Moen support for a replacement.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Do not buy this product This is the second handheld shower that I've purchased in the past four years. The plastic piece that screws into the pipe cracked twice. The last purchase only lasted about a 1 1/2 yrs.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from aprehensive why do we read the reviews after we purchase, I agree the hose too stiff(maybe with some time it will loosen up)> Low pressure feature is carrying it a little too far. Hopefully the finish lasts longer on this hose than the last one(looks like plastic is all Lowes carries). Ask me for an opinion 1 year from now. Thank you

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Keep Looking I bought two of these recently from Lowe's. The good: Style; saves water yet maintains respectable flow; simple tool-less installation; three functions are adequate. Value seemed good. The bad: It's ALL plastic - so remember to HAND Tighten only!! The single worst thing about this unit is that the hose is WAY TOO STIFF!!! It's hard to use in hand-held mode because the stiff hose causes the showerhead to spin in your hand and difficult to position when stowed in the mount. I would have rated this five stars but the stiff hose is just insane. Moen, immediately redesign the hoses!! You're flushing your good name down the toilet because of a bad hose!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from look but dont touch love the look of it, but dont be fooled, this has a cheap, lightweight plastic feel. the good: installation was easy, even without instructions. looks nice for its price (fifty bucks at lowes). water pressure is impressively adequate for its lower water usage. no fingerprints. the bad: feels and operates cheaply. the plastic fitting cracked when i tightened it to the shower plumbing. the flex hose is too stiff for its very lightweight much so that the featherweight handle twists in its bracket when you turn on the water or try to adjust the angle at all. the bracket allows very little angle adjustment. especially since the fitting cracked, i don't expect this to last more than a year. will be returning it for a better quality one.
