Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great look We remodeled our bathroom and this was one of 10 other Moen products we used. The look is clean and classic and functions perfectly with the 3-way valve to divet water to the rain head, hand held, or both.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Damaged valve seals Damaged valve core caused valve to leak. My contractor had to find a replacement at a local plumbing supply store. All online purchase savings were wiped out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Look Great Easy to install. Nice heavy material. No mixing of heads. One is on and the other off or vice versa.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tricky to figure out at first! I had to call the plumber to figure out how to turn on the water! There are 2 handles and both need to be pulled out for showers. the top handle chooses which shower head you want. And yes, you can have water flow from both at the same time if you put the handle in the middle. The bottom handle does water temp and volume. It looks great and even has a slightly etched sun on the left for warm and snowflake on the right for cold.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good replacement insert. I replaced an old painted Broan powered insert with this fanless one and installed a remote fan. The result is a much quieter and higher volume installation. The design seems well thought out and easy to work on if a switch or fan speed control fails in the future. Don't forget to order the blower or rough-in kit.

In the Kingsley model T4111P are the handles supposed to stick out when not being used or be flush with the back plate? In the picture it looks like they are supposed to be flush with the back plate. In my installation, both handles are not flush!

Asked by: Cynthis
Hi Cynthis, there is a gap in this location to ensure the screws on the escutcheon do not interfere with the operation of the handle. Depending on the installation, it is acceptable for this gap to be between ½" to an inch.
