Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucets I'm not sure what the other reviewer did not like about this bidet faucet but I love it. I have to say all the pieces are bigger than I expected and it looks a bit big for the small sized bidet but the water pressure is fantastic, and it rinses beautifully around the bowl. Cannot answer the question about ease of installation because my plumber did it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You're kidding We installed this product about 2 years ago (2011). What a joke. The spout of water gingerly oozing from the fitting struggles to rise beyond 4 to 4-1/2 inches. After verification of sufficient water pressure to the unit and replacing several parts thru Moen, no improvement. Manufacturers now use aerated flow cartridges presumably to increase the effect of water pressure while reducing usage, as the case here. The bidet faucet however, should have a good amount of velocity of SPRAY (2 feet or more) not a little aerated poof of water. My husband located a replacement part intended for use in a lavatory faucet, that changes the flow to a spray, opposed to the aerated flow. This made a huge improvement however still not as efficient as the "old" manufacture of bidet faucets. Obvious the designers of these faucets have never used them? Luck to anyone that locates a current manufacture faucet assembly by any manufacturer that performs as it should. Hard to know what/which manufacturer to order, since none of the showrooms seem to stock them or have on the showroom floor ... Hard to know what you're looking at when there's nothing To look at. My suggestion is to install a hand held shower sprayer
