Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality, good price. This Moen Chateau 7423 single-hole mount is an excellent faucet, and a great price. It’s described as a low-arc, but it has plenty of arc for our needs. Probably the best thing about it is the mounting hardware underneath. It’s a big metal shank with threads on it. Then there’s a big nut with three screws in it. The big nut just goes on somewhat loosely with a 1/4 inch gap, and then to apply clamping force you tighten the three screws. This is a brilliant design which applies an evenly distributed clamping force to the entire circumference. Ours is mounted nice and tight, which is especially important in a single-hole mounting situation. On the top-side, the faucet sits in a chrome escutcheon. The escutcheon is also impressive since it’s literally a heavy, solid piece of metal… not hollowed out, and not plastic. This Moen Chateau was much better than a similarly priced Delta that we tried to install. The Delta Classic 101-DST had an inferior mounting system that clamped unevenly and would not stay tight.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice product, easy install, great price! I bought this faucet for a kitchen remodel. I needed a one hole faucet with a good reach, and this fit the bill. I went with Moen because I've enjoyed their products in the past. Rather than messing with more expensive faucets with sprayers, I simply installed an aftermarket swivel aerator/sprayer on this faucet. For 5 bucks, it works better than the pull-out or auxiliary sprayers, less plumbing, less leak and drip issues, and reached my entire large sink area for cleanup. The faucet has good water flow, the handle and faucet are smooth-operating and swiveling, and the finish is nice. It's easy, quick and tool-free to take the faucet off and dab the pivot with plumber's grease if it gets harder to swivel over time. Simple maintenance like this keeps all my stuff working like new. Despite some reviewers saying this product doesn't hold up for 20 years, due to it's price and ease of install, I'll just replace mine if it starts to look shabby...I've spent 4 and 5 times this much on a faucet that didn't work or look any better than this one. At this price, I can replace it every 5 years, and STILL not spend as much over 20 years as I have in the past on a single 'high end' faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply Perfect We purchased this faucet for our new laundry room. It is a simple, no frills, little faucet, ideal for the laundry tub. Our designer recommended this faucet to us. I am glad we took her advice.

My Moen kitchen faucet in my brand new RV already leaks.  I can’t find how to remove the upper bearing kit. Should I just replace the whole faucet?
