Replacement Parts for this product may be covered by the Showerhead Warranty: Lifetime Limited Warranty

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Like the look, but hardware needs some tweaking. We purchased this unit from our local Lowes as part of a small remodel. The adjustability of the shower streams and the flexible hose shower head are great features. However there are two aggravations: 1) The selector valve for directing the flow between the heads is stiff, and difficult for my wife to operate. Why not a larger handle? 2) The suction cup is not really a good solution. We experimented with different materials to seal the cup to the tile wall, without success. Why not share one of your users solution: a marine adhesive. (My advice before trying this route: Don't get the industrial grade 3M as it was the origin of "What God hath wrought, let no man put asunder". You will probably want to remove occasionally to clean or reposition.) Moen would do its customers a great favor by including some recommendations in the packaging.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Diverter valve Valve is nearly impossible to rotate without use of, say, pliers.Valve is inteneded to allow three way swithing between the two shower heads and both simulateously. Moen has sent me three replacements. All are the same; impossible to work.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice to look at Nice to look at unfortunately the wall mount for the hosing has broken twice in 36 months. Moen has replaced the parts once but this is a bath remodel and we went with this brand for a good reason. I hope they live up to their warranty. We really should have listened to the other reviews instead of asthetics.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Good features, but product quality a disappointment. It was installed by a plumber, but it leaks extensively at the shower head and the connection joint to the slidebar.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Product I purchased this to upgrade existing shower - wrong move. I should have done more research. Basically, the suction cup is terrible and doesn't stay connected on any pops off the wall.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful design I purchased this for my new shower. It is awful. The suction cup doesn't hold the assembly in place and the valve to switch between shower heads is impossible to use! Do not purchase this. Find something else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Design Poor Quality This is a great design, I've used for several years. The suction cup on the old model would no longer stick. Purchased new model; prepared as indicated in instructions. New suction cup would not stay stuck. It was always a "tricky design" to get it to stick, poor engineering of the suction cup device. Interior of shower was smooth fiberglass. The other problem is the water reducer, much less water flow. No longer recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed and frustrated I love the look of this facet however I am disappointed with its durability and functionality. I use the lower hand held portion because I am shorter and my husband uses the fixed piece. Every other day, sometimes every day, I need to tighten the screw that holds the handle in place. I will be rinsing and I just feel the water slowly fall down. I never thought I would have to keep a screw driver in my shower.

Is there any "fix" to the problem with the suction mechanism (152008SRN & 152009) for the 25000SRN Shower unit? Mine is 1 yr old and now the suction cup will no longer stay attached to the disk.

Have had the Caldwell for 7 months now and all was well, but about 3 weeks ago it started to drip from the shower head when the shower is on. Its not a little drip its a steady hard drip almost running. How do I fix?

Have you fixed all the problems with the Caldwell bathroom faucets and shower heads.  I just purchased this collection and now I'm afraid to use what I purchased today at Lowes.  People are saying the plate behind the shower handle has a gap and it leaks.

Asked by: SeaIsle137
Hello SeaIsle137 and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen escutcheon plate and shower handle has a gap which is directly related to how far back in the wall the rough-in valve was installed. In a standard install the gap can be anywhere from 1/2” to 1” depending on the circumstances of the installation, which include the finished wall thickness and room behind the finished wall. There are several possibilities that could cause a leak. Typically with a new installation damage to the cartridge o-rings can occur when the cartridges are not removed and soldering damages them or if sediment or debris broke loose in the water lines during the new installation. If you have additional questions, please feel free to call us at 800-289-6636.
