Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pretty looks but difficult to install To the casual homeowner, this towel ring is not easy to install. Trying to get the mounting post to click with the locking tab is difficult. It only worked for me easily 1 out of 4 tries. I didn't want to apply too much force so I wouldn't wreck my wall.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pro mount system is awful I bought the towel ring to match existing fixtures. I followed all instructions for installing the mounting piece and then snapping on the towel ring. The mounting piece is supposed to have two pointed anchors that dig into the wall to prevent the assembly from rotating. They do NOT work, nor does the mounting bracket stay secure to the wall. It appears secure but as soon as the ring is snapped on, the whole assembly comes loose and falls forward. And at that point, you can't disassemble to fix. Very disappointed in this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Installation didn't work for me I bought this to match my faucets which I love. The way it installs is with drilling a hole into the wall, I couldn't get the screw in where it sat tight. I thought I had and then snapped the top on and then it fell forward. Once snapped in, I couldn't get it out so I ended up trashing it and buy a near Delta match that was easier for me to installl

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As a home builder, I need certain things on every home and expect there to be no issues with an order. This item was exactly what I needed and as usual, on time and with no issues.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not durable we bought a new model home and were impressed with all the Monen products used throughout the house. The bathroom fixtures with the "profit" are not durable. Within a month of us living there all the towel rings (3 bathrooms) and towel bars came off the wall with the plastic mount. Builder said they have used 100 lb anchors to mount them. I believe there is a major design flaw in the "pro-fit" plastic mounts. They are extremely hard (next to impossible) to put back as it you can separate the fixture from the plastic mount. I would like Monen to look into this design and also help source replacements. All the toilet rolls mounts and towel rings are getting lose. I suspect they will come off in the next 3-4 weeks of use. Moen Customer Service - please contact as I can't seem to figure out a solution to our fixtures.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from extremely difficult to remove or correct I bought a bunch of the Pro Fit products by Moen. They were mounted as per the instructions. However, they come loose after a year of use. No biggy, with the old style. But with Pro fit, you have to fight to get the hanger off the mount. Pushing in on the little tab requires a screwdriver, that is the easy part, but getting the rest to break free is a pain and the whole mount seems to come loose while you fight to remove the hanger. There are two spikes on each side that don't hold well after the wiggling to remove the hanger. tightening is hard in that you don't know how tight to make the main screw. I would suggest you use the older style mount and skip the easy Pro-fit that is great for a contractor who is gone 5 minutes later, but not for the homeowner who has to live with these.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from nice look, but cheaply attached These have a nice look from afar, but none of the Brantford collection comes with templates, nor do they adhere well to the wall. The towel bars, etc attach with a plastic mechanism that snaps in place. Very cheaply made. I recommend going with something a touch more expensive. You will be happier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great! Put this in my newly renovated bathroom and love it. I installed it myself so it was pretty easy. High end look for the price. Love moen products. Great quality! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Our new home has the Moen Brantford brushed nickel faucet and matching accessory collection throughout the bathrooms. However, we've noticed that the faucets have a slight gold hue to them and the accessories do not. Why is this?
