Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dont Buy this product I bought this product a year ago. 1) The water flow from this Faucet is very very slow, but since I bought this had to live with it.. 2) Now after 10 months, all of a sudden the water flow stopped. Replaced the batteries and nothing works. 3) My local plumber checked and noticed that there's no blockage in the water pipes, its the product which has issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Install, everything works This took only about 30 minutes to install. The technical part was a snap. The hard part was reaching around and between the plumbing. Overall the install was a piece of cake. Now on to the features: everything is working as it should after day one. Love the "wave on-wave off" feature, love the handle that locks in the spray mode and the pause button is pretty cool too. However, I've already disabled the "Ready Rinse" feature. I find that this feature, more often than not, turns on the water when you don't want it. Thankfully both features are easy to disable/enable as needed. The only things I would change are very minor: I would have the faucet swivel through a slightly wider arc and I would add a little more heft to the hose retraction weight. Despite these two nit-picky things I am completely satisfied. I'll be back to let you know if the product starts to have problems. For now, buy it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Technology for the sake of technology I'm 54 years old and have frequently heard people complain about the hassles of performing certain routine daily tasks but have NEVER heard complaints about having to turn a,faucet on and off. This motion sense faucet is therefore using technology for the sake of technology and offers no advantages whatsoever over traditional faucet operation. This faucet came with a house we purchased and I swear every time I use it. The water comes on when I don't want it to and doesn't turn off when I want it to stop. For example, reaching into the sink to retrieve can item drenches my arm in water. When filling a pan with water it is impossible to prevent water from running down the side because the motion sensor detects the presence of the pan and keeps pouring when I want it to stop. Finally, the faucet only delivers Luke warm water. A plummer has looked at it and replaced a part in the very complex under sink mechanism, but to no avail. The bottom line is that this faucet is useless on every level and I can't wait to get rid of it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful Faucet. Buy it for looks, buy it for leaks. Terrible since the day we got it. Batteries run out within days to weeks, motion sense does not work but touch sense does on low battery. Also have now had MULTIPLE leaks from this faucet in less than two years of use. We had this professionally installed and the plumber said there is a design flaw causing the handle to leak and back flow through the faucet and back under the sink. Luckily we have avoided water/wood damage but again this morning I awoke to water on the floor after it leaked under the sink and out of the cabinet. This is by no means a "smart faucet". It is a Farrah Faucet. Should consider a branding change to "Buy it for looks, buy it for leaks." Would think we got a lemon except the plumber had said this is becoming a common call for him.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why would you ever consider "touch" after this? Was considering the Delta Touch faucet after seeing so many commercials where drummer makes music off all the different styles.. My plumbing distributor only carried Moen and highly recommended the Moen w MS. My wife and I both liked the tradiitional design of the Brantford. Installation was as difficult as to be expected with this type of new tech. I may consider the option of direct connect vs the standard battery power. We were told the batteries should last a year so we'll wait and see. Otherwise, family and firends are facinated and we couldnt be more pleased with this faucet!... and the finish is great.. no more fingerprints!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Review of 7185ESRS Install is easy but it is not 30 minutes as some others have claimed. At least not for me. I am not a plumber but have taken apart my fair share of bath and kitchen faucets over the years. Took a total of about 3 + hrs. That includes time to take off previous faucet, which was half way already taken oout due to issues, hence the new faucet. I can't comment on durability since the install is less than 24 hrs old.. Wife and kids like the motion sense system. We will see how it holds out over next few years. I didn't buy the additional AC adapter. A few forums I researched mentioned batteries need replacing only once a year. The box had everything you need to install. In my case, I had to tighten down the nut that holds the faucet secure to the sink, quite a bit. Had my son holding the faucet on top while I tighten the nut from underneath the sink using the tool provided. Otherwise it moves on top. Initial impression, it is a big faucet. Our previous was Ashfield from PF and measurements on two are nearly identical, but this seems quite a bit more beefier. The pull down doesn't go all in when released, but that is because I have clearance issues underneath (RO filter pipes etc). Once I tie everything up, it should get better. I got mine from Ferguson plumbing. They matched Amazon's price. Lowes or HD do not stock this. Actually hey didn't stock much from what I saw.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Faucet Love, love, love this faucet! Did a mini-redo of kitchen and upgraded to this great faucet. Had contractor install, and he had no problems, but I think it could possibly be tricky for a DIY project. The faucet works effortlessly and is so convenient to use. The spot-resist finish really looks good, too. It uses 6 AA batteries to power the motion sense technology, and my contractor said they last quite a long time. Of course, there is also a handle to use if you don't activate the hands-free option. I'm very happy with this product and would highly recommend it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from just installed - so far so good - 1 complaint wish they had made a way to adjust the timer of the sensor. While washing a dish, your hand naturally moves around, and the faucet keeps turning off. It should have had at least a 2 second delay, or increased the range of detection under the faucet head. BTW, if you have a cleaning lady, or someone unfamiliar with the faucet, they might accidentally put it into: CLEANING/GUEST MODE (see instructions). Drove us crazy, changing the batteries, and verifying all the connections. Just hope it lasts. Reviews are much better than the Delta AKA Brizo Touch2O version

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to install and works well I installed the faucet myself, it went together easily. They included an extra long socket to tighten hard to reach fittings. We have been using it for about a month now and we haven't had any calibration or function issues. I would have given this unit 5 stars but was disappointed with the very light gauge of stainless steel, given the price. It's a good product but not a keeper.

I just moved into a new home and the handle on the faucet is very loose. The handle will move without having an impact on the water flow or temperature. I have checked the Allen screw and that is tight. How can this issue be fixed?
