Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dont Buy this product I bought this product a year ago. 1) The water flow from this Faucet is very very slow, but since I bought this had to live with it.. 2) Now after 10 months, all of a sudden the water flow stopped. Replaced the batteries and nothing works. 3) My local plumber checked and noticed that there's no blockage in the water pipes, its the product which has issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Install, everything works This took only about 30 minutes to install. The technical part was a snap. The hard part was reaching around and between the plumbing. Overall the install was a piece of cake. Now on to the features: everything is working as it should after day one. Love the "wave on-wave off" feature, love the handle that locks in the spray mode and the pause button is pretty cool too. However, I've already disabled the "Ready Rinse" feature. I find that this feature, more often than not, turns on the water when you don't want it. Thankfully both features are easy to disable/enable as needed. The only things I would change are very minor: I would have the faucet swivel through a slightly wider arc and I would add a little more heft to the hose retraction weight. Despite these two nit-picky things I am completely satisfied. I'll be back to let you know if the product starts to have problems. For now, buy it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My dream (almost) faucet This is a great faucet but the top sensor often requires more than one or two waves to get it to work. Today the sensor went out and it has only been installed 6 months. However, when it works, it makes using the faucet much easier.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Technology for the sake of technology I'm 54 years old and have frequently heard people complain about the hassles of performing certain routine daily tasks but have NEVER heard complaints about having to turn a,faucet on and off. This motion sense faucet is therefore using technology for the sake of technology and offers no advantages whatsoever over traditional faucet operation. This faucet came with a house we purchased and I swear every time I use it. The water comes on when I don't want it to and doesn't turn off when I want it to stop. For example, reaching into the sink to retrieve can item drenches my arm in water. When filling a pan with water it is impossible to prevent water from running down the side because the motion sensor detects the presence of the pan and keeps pouring when I want it to stop. Finally, the faucet only delivers Luke warm water. A plummer has looked at it and replaced a part in the very complex under sink mechanism, but to no avail. The bottom line is that this faucet is useless on every level and I can't wait to get rid of it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful Faucet. Buy it for looks, buy it for leaks. Terrible since the day we got it. Batteries run out within days to weeks, motion sense does not work but touch sense does on low battery. Also have now had MULTIPLE leaks from this faucet in less than two years of use. We had this professionally installed and the plumber said there is a design flaw causing the handle to leak and back flow through the faucet and back under the sink. Luckily we have avoided water/wood damage but again this morning I awoke to water on the floor after it leaked under the sink and out of the cabinet. This is by no means a "smart faucet". It is a Farrah Faucet. Should consider a branding change to "Buy it for looks, buy it for leaks." Would think we got a lemon except the plumber had said this is becoming a common call for him.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why would you ever consider "touch" after this? Was considering the Delta Touch faucet after seeing so many commercials where drummer makes music off all the different styles.. My plumbing distributor only carried Moen and highly recommended the Moen w MS. My wife and I both liked the tradiitional design of the Brantford. Installation was as difficult as to be expected with this type of new tech. I may consider the option of direct connect vs the standard battery power. We were told the batteries should last a year so we'll wait and see. Otherwise, family and firends are facinated and we couldnt be more pleased with this faucet!... and the finish is great.. no more fingerprints!

care and cleaning of spotless stainless finish

Asked by: Ginger61
Hello Doc Holliday and thank you for your interest in Moen products. The Moen Spot Resistant Stainless finish can be cleaned with non-abrasive cleaners. Do not use harsh chemicals, alcohol, or other organic solvents. Avoid using any other cleansers or pads that are unsafe for polished metallic surfaces. Moen does not recommend any specific cleansers because manufacturers may change their formulations at any time. Immediately after cleaning your faucet, wash off remaining cleanser with water. If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to call us at 1-800-289-6636 or visit the "Contact Us" tab on to send us an email.
