Rated 4 out of 5 by from very good product This unit should have up and down lever for volume and turn to adjust temp.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Boardwalk Shower/Tub Fixture I wish I would have known the shower head was plastic. It looks good and works well. We also bought the matching towel bars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good value I needed it NOW. Lowe's had it in stock. Love it. Just what I needed to keep the wife happy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Flimsy It seems cheap. The metal plate flexes when you turn the handle. This makes it seem junky even though it probably is not too bad.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lot of Plastic. Good Variable adjustment My problem with this faucet is that water keeps dripping after shut-off . Last for a period of APPROX. 10 min.off and on. The inside lever works are adjustable for temperature control, which is good. Made of brass and plastic. Should hold -up well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Iffy in MI Have the collection in my bathroom, sink faucet base plate is peeling, appears there's only a poly faux brushed nickel finish that was applied, not happy being it's only a year old. Wish Moen would make a hand held shower head in the collection as well, would buy one in a minute.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from dissapointed We had a Moen fixture that the cartridge had become calcified and wasn't operable, so instead of spending $40 for just the cartridge, we spent $144 for the whole set in order to get rid of the gold on the old fixtures. First disappointment is the shower head being plastic, the other parts feel substantial and solid, but the shower head feels cheap. Also, the Tub Spout installation won't work unless your water line is threaded on the end. Our was not. . . . our old Tub Spout had a threaded plastic adapter on the inside for a slip fit installation . . . the box didn't come with one and the only way to get that piece was to buy a new faucet, or hire a plumber to attach a threaded piece to the end of the pipe. We had though sticking with Moen that the replacement would have gone smoothly, not the case. Aside from issue getting the old cartridge out, the new set lacked the parts necessary to make it fit properly and we ended up using the longer pieces from the old faucet to make it work. We installed over existing drywall/tile and it was too short. The escutcheon plate was probably about 1/8' farther from the valve assembly when comparing old to new, but we still had to use the longer metal piece that fits behind the key stop off our old faucet, as well as an extender piece that attached to the end of the cartridge that the Lever Handle attaches to. We tried by the directions the first time and the Lever Handle Adapter wouldn't fit at all because everything was flush with the wall. So at that point we played around with the old pieces to make it work. The Handle is still about 5/8' off the escutcheon plate and looks like a source for water to get in the wall.
