Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very unstable We bought this faucet a few years ago. Very dissatisfied with it. Very wiggly, does not sit well in the neck of it. It even cracked when I tried to move it. Wish I had bought a different style.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from pipe is broken 4 years installed a new one in 2014. It is now broken. Not good quality product

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Have had to reinstall/tighten 4 times in a year Loved this faucet and its features. We considered it easy to install UNTIL it worked itself loose over and over. The faucet would begin to droop toward the sink again after a month or so, despite being installed and tightened as per the instructions and handled carefully in use. Fitting one's self under that sink cabinet is a pain, so tightening the nut with the Moen wrench is not something easily done. The installers felt they had to take care not to overtighten lest the threaded metal shaft split the plastic base. We have had 3 different installers work on it, and each time they thought it was installed properly. This must be a design flaw? Disappointed. Doesn't seem like Moen's usual level of quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Length of the faucet handle is too short I just bought model # 87017 to replace my broken Moen kitchen faucet model #7560 which is no longer being made. I selected a recommended replacement with help from a very nice Moen rep on the phone and viewed the photo on line. I ordered it and had it installed by a plumber only to then discover that the handle length was a good 3+ inches shorter and much lower than my old faucet. Now, plates and pots constantly bump into the inside corners of my large porcelain double sink. Can't afford to change it out again so will have to deal with it. Very disappointed. Will next time carefully check out all the specs myself prior to purchasing.
