North Olmsted, Ohio… Moen, the #1 faucet brand in North America, was a winner of this year’s iF DESIGN AWARD, a world-renowned design prize. The winning product, the Doux^™ collection, a new family of modern bathroom fixtures and accessories, won in the Product discipline, in the Bathroom category. Each year, the world’s oldest independent design organization, Hannover-based iF International Forum Design GmbH, organizes the iF DESIGN AWARD.

Moen’s Doux bathroom collection won over the 67-member jury, made up of independent experts from all over the world, with its unique design details and luxurious matte black finish, which together create an elegant, yet approachable, water experience for the user. The competition was intense: over 6,400 entries were submitted from 50 countries in hopes of receiving the seal of quality.

“When designing this collection, our team was inspired by the emerging soft modern trend,” said Jessica Birchfield, Principal Industrial Designer, Moen. “Everything about this sophisticated collection is meant to easily complement and elevate any bath, and we’re honored to receive the oldest independent design seal in the world.”
