This means that shoppers visiting an authorized retailer, authorized builder showroom, or an authorized wholesaler can trust they will receive an exceptional interaction and the product support that they need. And now, this remarkable experience has transcended into the digital channel, resulting in Moen’s Authorized Seller Program for the United States and its updated Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy, both of which went into effect June 1, 2025.
U.S. Authorized Seller Program
Under our Authorized Seller Program, sellers of our products are authorized by Moen and are expected to follow our rules regarding where and to whom our products are sold (including online) as well as our quality and customer service expectations. U.S. MAP Policy and MAP List
We have also updated our MAP Policy for the United States. The purpose of this notice is to make you aware that the MAP Policy exists and does not constitute an agreement between you and Moen. We do not seek, nor do we accept, any promise of compliance with our MAP Policy, and each authorized seller must independently choose whether to comply with the MAP Policy.
