Moen Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your home and the Moen products in it. If you purchased a product from that doesn't look, fit or function the way you want it to, you can return it to us. Merchandise must be in a saleable, unused condition and in its original packaging - including packing slip. If item is incorrect or defective, any costs incurred for shipment to consumer will be refunded.

Returning products purchased from moen.com

If you purchased your item on moen.com, you can return your product free for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If you're a Moen owner who purchased an item on moen.com with your Moen Plus code, you can return products free for a full refund within 100 days of purchase.

To begin the Returns process, please visit your account page to find your order, or visit our Returns form. Please be prepared to input your email address, ZIP Code and Order Confirmation Number, or your Order Number from the Order Confirmation Email you received.

Returning products purchased from a retail, showroom, or wholesale location

To return a Moen product that was purchased at a showroom, wholesale location or retail store, please return the Moen product to the point of purchase. These returns are subject to the return policies of your point of purchase.
