Introducing the Moen FloPro Finder

Moen FloPro Network Agreement for Participation

Moen is developing a Moen FloPro Finder feature which may be used on the moen.com website and other digital media, including Moen’s mobile phone applications. The Moen FloPro Finder feature will list companies that have the requisite skill and the willingness to professionally and expertly install Moen Smart Home and Digital Products, including Flo by Moen™ Smart Water Shut-off as well as other products. By completing registration for the Moen FloPro Network, I agree on behalf of my company and all professionals and consultants working for my company that:

1. I am willing to install and support Moen’s Smart Home products in a residential home.
2. I have sufficient skill and experience in installing and supporting Moen’s Smart Home and Digital Products according to industry best practices and as would be reasonably expected for a company designated as a professional or “Pro.”
3. I am willing to receive communications regarding the Moen FloPro Network, product information, news and other relevant information to my business from Moen.
4. I grant to Moen, its affiliates and their respective subsidiaries (collectively the “Companies”) the worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license (but not the obligation) to use and publish, in whole or in part:

Additionally, by enrolling in the Moen FloPro Network program, I agree that I have the authority and right to enter into this agreement and grant this consent and that no other party’s consent is required.

The preview tool will allow you to see how it will appear when published. Remember—this should be the contact information you want the homeowner to receive.
