A secure Wi-Fi network is needed to connect the app to the controller. In addition, a strong Wi-Fi signal is also recommended. You may need to move your router closer to the Smart Shower device in order to improve the Wi-Fi connection.

In some instances, resetting the router or adding a Wi-Fi repeater or extender can help in connecting the app to the controller.
