As Vice President, Information Technology, Mr. Baker is responsible for information systems and IT infrastructure across global business units. His objective is to leverage IT for accelerating business growth, optimizing the supply chain, and supporting organizational excellence. His responsibilities include; strategic planning, implementing / leveraging technical platforms, and IT infrastructure across the business units, global operations and shared services.
Mr. Baker joined Moen in 1994, and held IT leadership roles before being promoted to Vice President of Information Technology in 1996. In addition, Mr. Baker also recently served a dual role as Vice President and General Manager of the Commercial business. In this role, he was responsible for driving revenue growth, launching new products and developing marketing programs for Moen's Commercial faucet business. Prior to joining Moen, Mr. Baker served in GE's Lighting business, where he was responsible for the design and development of information systems for sales, customer service, warehousing, inventory control and manufacturing.
He received a bachelor's degree in computer science from Florida Institute of Technology, and a master's in business administration from Case Western Reserve University.
