Meet The Executives
In her position as Senior Vice President, Global Operations, Ms. Uridil partners with Moen's business units to grow both the top-line revenue as well as the bottom-line profits. She is responsible globally for sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, customer service, business planning and quality.
Ms. Uridil joined Moen in 2005 from Estée Lauder, where she served as Senior Vice President Global Quality Assurance and Supply Chain, holding the global responsibility for product quality for more than 20 brands where they introduced 15 new products a day. She began her career with Procter & Gamble (P&G) in manufacturing management. During her 22-year career with P&G, Ms. Uridil took on progressively more responsible positions in manufacturing, including Plant Manager. While at Procter & Gamble she also broadened her career with assignments in marketing, personnel, supply chain management and five businesses. From P&G, she joined Mary Kay, Inc. as the Senior Vice President, Manufacturing, where she had responsibility for manufacturing as well as global engineering, purchasing and package design.
Ms. Uridil holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Purdue University and attended Women's Director Development Program, Kellogg School of Management.
